You may notice that some bans aren't like the others
Localized bans must be appealed with that subgroup's oversight,
WebPoweredLab Infrastructure Management bans are a different breed of ban because they happen after an investigation concludes.
You can only get out of it by proving if we have the wrong user.
this is referred to as a "Global Ban"
